• Additional tourist tax of € 3,00 per person and per day applies. Children under 14 years are exempt.
• Smoking is forbidden inside the Hotel.

Services included

• Breakfast buffet. Gluten-free and lactose-free breakfast available on request. Please inform us of any food intolerances/allergies at the time of booking.
• Outdoor car (1 car per room), motorbike parking. 
• In winter: ski depot with ski boot warmers and in summer: locked bicycle depot.

Paying service 

• Access to the wellness center is available by reservation and for an additional charge. Each entry costs €23.00 per person per day and includes a bag with a bathrobe, towel, and slippers. Access is not allowed for children under 14 years of age.
• Shuttle service for transfer from/to airports, train station and other destinations, available upon request and at an extra fee. 

Pets

• Pets are allowed upon prior agreement. The daily fee for your four-legged friends is €20.00 (without food).
• Pets are not allowed in wellness area.
• Please bring your own kennel, bed or blanket.
• We reserve the right to apply a possible surcharge for final room cleaning.
• Damages of any kind will be charged.

Arrivals and departures

• Check-in: the room is available as of 14:00.
• Check-in time is from 14:00 to 22:30. Check-in after 22:30 must be agreed.
• Check-out: the room needs to be vacated by 10:00.
